Prepare Your Child for the Dentist with Fun Books
Posted by nmcclees
Reading is important at any age, but especially for children. Did you know that the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends reading aloud to children each day, beginning at birth? This helps your child build language and literacy skills that will last a lifetime.
We also recommend reading to your child to help them prepare for their first dental visit or near the time of subsequent dental visits to help prepare them and make them feel comfortable. We’ve made a list of some of our favorite children’s books about teeth and going to the dentist. We hope you and your child enjoy them as much as we do. These books are readily available at your local library or bookstore, or online.

8) Doctor De Soto
